Booking T&C

Lloyd's Lounge is a independent business relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations. We therefore kindly request that diners give us notification if a cancellation or an amendment is required: We request 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment wherever possible.

For reservations we require your debit/credit card details. These will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault. For further information, please visit: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe

A charge of £10 per person will be made if the cancellation terms above are not met. Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this precaution is now necessary. We will contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via telephone or SMS to confirm. Unfortunately we are unable to hold unconfirmed reservations. We politely ask that you are ready to be seated at your time of booking or contact us if you are running late. We hold tables for 15 minutes and will release your table after the 15 minutes reached. To ensure that we can cater for you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary requirements prior to your visit. By making a reservation at Lloyd's Lounge you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms. We wish to thank you for your understanding and co-operation and look forward to welcoming you to Lloyd's Lounge.

Chalet Booking T&C

  • Private Chalet bookings are for a maximum of 6 guests per chalet.
  • Each Chalet Booking is for a maximum of 1 hour 45 minutes.
  • There is a guaranteed minimum spend of £90 per Chalet booking. (There is no Chalet Hire Charge)
  • All bookings require a £60 deposit to secure your chalet, this will be deducted from your final bill.
  • Booking deposits are non-refundable unless a minimum of 48 hours notice is given by email.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to release your chalet and your deposit will NOT be Refunded. 
  • Due to the popularity of our Chalets, we operate a timed booking system to help us maintain an amazing experience for all our guests.
  • Chalet bookings are reserved for a maximum time slot of 1 hour 45 minutes and are unable to be extended, unless you double book.
  • We appreciate your Cooperation in vacating your Chalet in a timely manner in order that we can always have our Chalets ready on time for our next Guests
  • We have allocated 15-minute window into all our booking times to clean and sanitize each Chalet so that the Chalet is ready for our next guests.

NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable unless a minimum of 48 hours notice is given by email.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to release your chalet and your deposit will NOT be Refunded. 

ARRIVAL AND TIMINGS

  • Due to the popularity of our Chalets, we operate a timed booking system to help us maintain an amazing experience for all our guests.
  • Chalet bookings are reserved for a maximum time slot of 1 hour 45 minutes and are unable to be extended, unless you double book.
  • We appreciate your Cooperation in vacating your Chalet in a timely manner in order that we can always have our Chalets ready on time for our next Guests
  • We have allocated 15-minute window into all our booking times to clean and sanitize each Chalet so that the Chalet is ready for our next guests.
